What to Expect

Find out what to expect on your next visit to our office with a virtual office tour. The tour pictures show you our comfortable waiting area, the professional surgical suite, a bright examination room and more. These pictures give you an idea of some rooms in our veterinary practice, so you will know what to expect during your visit.

When you arrive, you'll meet our friendly office staff who will ask for your intake forms. If you have not already filled these out, you can do so at your first visit. Please arrive a few minutes early if you do need to fill the forms out in person so your pet can still see our veterinarian at its scheduled time. We will also ask for your pet's medical history. This request is so our veterinary staff can provide the best pet care possible by continuing the treatments and assessments it has already received.

After finishing the paperwork with our staff, your pet will have its visit with the veterinarian. We will give your cat or dog the best care possible through our services which include preventative exams, dental care, grooming, boarding and treatments for a variety of conditions.

Online Forms

Save time on your first visit by filling out our online forms. You can download and print them out here. You will need Adobe Reader installed on your computer to access the forms. If you're not sure which forms you need, call our office at (540) 639-3891 and ask a member of our staff.

Payment Options

As is the policy at most veterinary practices, to keep costs low, we ask for payment in full on the day of your visit. We accept the following forms of payment:

    • Major Credit Cards (American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover)
    • Cash
    • Checks
    • Care Credit
    • Pet Insurance
